Siheung City Hall
- In 2024, during a second-phase rollout, Jinhaeng RSI was installed at 58 locations, including Siheung City Hall and affiliated public buildings.
- The unit originally installed in 2006 had been operating successfully for 18 years before being replaced with a new model.
- Inspection of the Jinhaeng RSI unit installed in 2006 confirmed that no blue-green copper corrosion was found in the downstream piping section after the unit.
*Copper pipes generally begin corrosion after approximately 5 years, while 30–40 years is often considered the expected replacement period due to lifespan limits.
Since Siheung City Hall was completed in 1997, the building had exceeded this period, making corrosion likely. However, the pipe section protected by Jinhaeng RSI remained in sound condition.

- Following the proven effectiveness of the first installation in 2021, nine additional installations were completed in 2024.

Icheon Municipal Water Supply
- In 2010, Icheon installed Jinhaeng RSI and confirmed its effectiveness over a 10-year period.
- Rust was converted into magnetite, while scale and biofilm were removed, resolving long-standing red water complaints from residents.
- Based on these proven results, the city expanded installation to the largest water supply main in Korea at the time, with a diameter of 900 mm.

Since many areas of Icheon were developed during the housing boom after 1975, numerous pipelines had exceeded their expected service life, yet Jinhaeng RSI demonstrated long-term pipe protection effectiveness.

Gumi Municipal Water Supply
- Jinhaeng RSI was installed in the Wonpyeong-dong and industrial complex water supply pipelines after more than 30 years of operation.
- Inspection in 2025 confirmed that most rust had been converted into magnetite, while scale and biofilm had been removed.
Cast iron pipes are generally considered to have an approximate replacement cycle of 30 years.
Many pipelines in Gumi have now exceeded 50 years of service life, making pipe deterioration a serious concern.
